Your chest is measured around you, at the fullest part. Chest width and Length are the garment laid flat: measure a shirt you love across the chest, armpit to armpit, and from the top of the shoulder by the collar down to the hem.
It uses European sizing, which runs about a size smaller than US sizes. Your usual M? Grab an L. Made to order, so measurements can vary by up to 2 in (5 cm).
