Your chest is measured around you, at the fullest part. Chest width and Length are the garment laid flat: measure a shirt you love across the chest, armpit to armpit, and from the top of the shoulder by the collar down to the hem.
This one's stretchy and fits close. Between sizes, or like it roomy? Size up. Each one is printed edge to edge and sewn by hand, so it can be up to 1 in (2.5 cm) off from the chart.
