Your chest is measured around you, at the fullest part. Chest width and Length are the garment laid flat: measure a shirt you love across the chest, armpit to armpit, and from the top of the shoulder by the collar down to the hem.
Some colors stop at 3XL; the size menu shows what each color comes in. *Sleeve is measured from the center back of the collar to the cuff. Made to order, so measurements can vary by up to 2 in (5 cm).
